Coconut Banana Diet By Darrell




I found this very interesting diet plan that helped Darrell loose 20lbs in only 2 weeks. It's true that it would be nice to loose that much in such a short time. 



Darrell used to eat 2 to 3 bananas in the morning and evening time, and throughout the day he would slice a fresh coconut and eat the inside. He also drunk lot of water during these two weeks. 

In my case I will substitute banana sometimes with pear, apple, and oranges just so I don't get bored of the same thing all the time.

I think you can also make a Pina Colada but with no added sugar, since all you need is Banana and coconut !!


As I find out several studies that proves the benefits of coconut I fee like running to a grocery store to get one for myself. Coconut contains both medium and short fatty acids which helps reduce excessive weight. ( to find out more click on the benefits of coconut) 
Hence it is highly recommended to use coconut oil instead of sunflower oil or butter when cooking. 

Though it is interesting, I'm afraid it doesn't contain all the required nutritive elements we are supposed to have daily. Nevertheless if you are looking to loose wait in a short time I think this is the best way. 


 It doesn't sound all that bad ;)

"I went on a diet of coconuts and bananas for two weeks and lost an amazing 20 lbs. This as before I read any of the material available on the net. What I did was to crack a whole, fresh coconut then clean the meat. I would snack on it all day long and wash it down with plenty of water. Drinking lots of water is important when dieting to flush out the system, and it kept me from choking on the coconut. I would also eat 2 or 3 bananas in the morning and again in the late afternoon. Every 3 to 4 days I would eat a sensible meal as a treat. This worked so fast that the people around me were worried that I was sick!! Make your Moisturizer at Home!!!!!! Give it a try ;)

Have you always wished to have a soft skin like the one baby's have? Today I found the solution for you. I was able to make a home made cream that makes your skin as soft as baby's skin and the great thing is that all the ingredients are easy to find and within everybody's reach.


You will need the following ingredients:
Extra Virgin Argan Oil

Equipments: 1 Small container 1 tbs

4 tbs of cooking Coconut Oil ( found easily in any East Indian store)
2, 1/2 tbs of Glycerin ( you can find it at your local drug store - AKA Glycerol )
1 tbs of Argan oil  (Almond or olive oil can be used instead you will get almost the same results)
1/2 tbs of Rose water ( optional ) 
1/2 tbs of  Orange Blossom Water. ( for the scent, you can use any of your favorite essence scented oils)
Equipments: 1 Small container 1 tbs

Put everything in the container and warm it up in the microwave for about 40 to 60 seconds. Leave it for 5 min to cool down "et voila "  it is ready to use. It will stay liquid for a while and that is fine.
Leave it in room temperature if the texture ever gets dense that is fine it happens often if you leave it in a clod place like the fridge or if you don't use your heater at home.

I've been using it for the past two week and my body have become much softer and healthier for the amount of Vitamin E this cream contains. The Orange Blossom and rose Water might form a layer at the bottom of the container, just mix it once it a while to blend it all together.  I really enjoy the scent, the texture and the smoothness it provides me.





The cost of this cream is basically cheaper than any cream you would buy else where the advantage you have is not only that it is cheaper but it will last you longer and makes your skin softer and you actually know all the ingredients that it contains.

Homemade Sugar Body Scrub

Obtain a nice sugar body scrub in less than 2 min. How? easy and simple By Using Olive oil, sugar and lemon.


1/4 of Olive oil or enough ( unheated) quantity, You don't want too much nor too little of oil.
1/2 of sugar
1/2 squeezed lemon

Add everything in a small container

For scent or fragrance you can choose from body scented oils.

Scrub gently the mixture on your body and face. Be more gentle on the face and sensitive areas. Rinse with warm water and body soap. 

Use this at least once a week or twice a month to obtain a healthy soft skin.


I often follow this application with a mixture of Honey, lemon and Yogurt mixture to obtain a baby skin type of sensation. I will be posting more details about this mixture in my next post.
